OATMEAL AND FRUITS DESSERTS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup gluten-free oatmeal, soak in non-dairy milk( of your choice you may need 1 cup milk)

2 tablespoon chia seed, soak in non-dairy milk(of your choice you may need 1/2 or 3/4 cup of milk)

1 ripe banana ( not overripe) peel and mess with fork

1/2 cup green seedless grapes, wash and cut into 4 pieces,(i use cotton candy grapes to give the best result)

1 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seed

2 tablespoon golden resin/ or any kind

1/2 cup orange pulps

2 tablespoon pomegranate seed

METHOD

1: Mix oatmeal, chia seed, banana, mix  all well and keep aside, then mix orange pulps and grapes and keep aside, then mix pumpkin seed, resin, and some pomegranate seed ( save some for garnish)

2: Now let’s set up desserts bowel, take dessert bowel/ or cup to add two tablespoons of oatmeal, and chia mixture, then add two tablespoons orange and grapes mixture, then add two tablespoons pumpkin seeds, and resin, and pomegranate seed, mixture. (You can make two desserts bowel out of this )so keep and repeat until you finish, then keep in the refrigerator for one hour, then garnish with pomegranate seed and serve.

Here we go our desserts are ready to serve.

Note: This is very easy to make and delicious to eat and no added sugar.

Not: This is vegan, allergy-friendly, gluten-free,dairy-free, nut-free.
