INGREDIENTS
1 cup ripe mango pieces
1 cup papaya pieces
1 cup pineapple, pieces
1 ripe ( not overripe) banana
1 cup blueberry, wash
1/4 cup pumpkin seed
pinch of salt
few drope of lemon juice
METHOD
1: Take bowel, and add all the fruits in the bowel, and add pumpkin seed, then mix all very gently, and add lemon juice and salt right befor you serve, because it relies on lots of water, it is very easy to make.
