OAT AND VEGETABLE STICK

INGREDIENTS
1 cup gluten-free oat flour

1 cup whole oat (to roll the stick )

1, 1/4 cup  rice flour

1/4 cup raisins

2 medium-size potatoes/or row bananas

1 medium-size sweet potatoes 🍠

1 cup green peas frozen or fresh wash and crush them

1 cup corn fresh or frozen wash and crush

1/4 cup green beans wash and finely  chopped

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

salt to taste

some oil for sallow fry corn or canola / or your choice

some oat for rolled them in

METHOD
1:Wash potatoes and boiled them / or if you using  bananas then boil bananas, and boil sweet potatoes. Let them cool peel skin of  and  mess them,  and grind the oat .

2: Take bowl  and  add  all ingredients in,mass potatoes or bananas, sweet potatoes, oat flour, rice flour, lemon juice, raisins, and salt, mix all well and a make a stick.

3: Put pan on the stove medium low heat, add 2 tablespoons oil in let get hot, mean while make stick.Take little oil in your both hand and take  one and half tablespoon batter in your hand and  make shape like stick, and rolled in  to whole oat and sallow fry them in low heat,let them golden brown from all around, keep and move them side by side, it will take 3 to 4 minutes each side or it becomes golden brown.

Our stick are ready to eat ,you can eat with catchup or sweet and spicy sauce or any kind of deep.

Note:  you can put any vegetables,   of your choice, they are something different  and healthy snack, kids love to have in there lunch box, everyone will enjoy.
