Fruit Dessert Bowl

Note: Only enough for 2 bowls


2 medium-sized glass bowls

3/4 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup ripe persimmon pieces

1 golden kiwi (peeled and cut into long pieces)

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (can be replaced with almond slices)

2 tablespoons raisins

2 tablespoons dates (small pieces)

2 tablespoons fresh shredded coconut


  1. Arrange the kiwi evenly in both bowls.
  2. Add about 2 spoons of pomegranate in each bowl. Then put some shredded coconut, persimmon, raisins, dates, pumpkin seeds, and a little more shredded coconut on top.
  3. Layer the ingredients in each bowl until you finish all of them. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
