1/4 Cup Silky Tofu
1 Banana (Very Ripe, Peeled and Cut into Half)
1/2 Cup Soy Milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Ice Pop Moulds
Chop the Dates into 1 inch pieces
Soak the chopped dates in the milk for one hour.
Blend the dates and milk mixture until smooth
Add in the Banana and Tofu
Blend until creamy and smooth texture.
Pour the mixture into the Ice Pop Moulds and Freeze.
