This salad has all fiber from vegetables and protein from lentils.


1 cup moong sprout/or chickpeas sprout

2 cups of lettuce, any kind you want, wash and chopped

1 medium cucumber, wash and sliced way you want

1 tomato wash and slices the way you want

1 cup spinach wash and chopped finely

1/2 cup white or red reddish wash and chopped finely

1 medium carrot wash and chopped finely

1/2 apple or orange or banana or mango. or  papaya, wash and make 1-inch pieces ( take out skin from mango and papaya )

( you can use any fruit your choice,)

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup can barry

1/4 cup pumpkin seed

1/2 fresh lemon

salt to taste


1: Take a bowl and add all ingredients, add lettuce, cucumber, tomato spinach, reddish, carrots, fruit, raisins, can barry, pumpkin seed. Then mix all well, then squeeze lemon in and salt to taste, mix all well, and served.


Our salad is ready to eat

( on top I put some of my spices just for me )

Note: if you want cherry tomatoes you can use them, this is a very healthy one meal very easy to make.

This is vegan, allergy-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free.
