Papaya and Banana Dessert with Chia Seed and Oat


1 ripe banana

1 1/2 cup sweet papaya pieces

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3/4 cup gluten-free oats

1 cup any non-dairy milk ( I use soy milk )

2 tablespoons golden raisins

2 tablespoons of pumpkin seed


1: Put 2 tablespoons of milk in chia seed and let them soak overnight, (keep them in the refrigerator.)

2: Soak oat in the rest of the milk, add one tablespoon raisins in and keep them in the refrigerator overnight.

3:Take 2 your choice of glass, and take out chia seed and oat from the refrigerator, then add 2 tablespoons soaked oat in each glasses, then add whole layer papaya in, then mix oat and chia seeds with a spoon, then add 2 tablespoons mixture on it, then add one layer banana on top of that, Then one layer of papaya, then one layer of mixture, keeps and repeats until you finish, make sure top layer is the fruit. Keep them 20 to 30 minutes refrigerated to child

4: Garnish with raisins and pumpkin seed and serve.
