Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS (6 servings, side dish)
4 cups brussel sprouts, washed and cut in half
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 fresh Lemon 🍋 squeezed
Salt to taste
 

 

METHOD:

Pre-heat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the brussel sprouts.
Once mixed, add in brussel sprouts and mix well.
Marinate for 20 minutes.

Spread the brussel sprouts onto the backing tray 🎨. 
Bake for 20 minutes or until they become tender yet crispy on the outside.

Serve hot.
Note: Allergy Friendly and vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free.
