This Bar is very healthy and good protein,no sugar,no oil or butter .
1/2 cup organic dried mango, ground in blender
1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds, ground in blender
1/2 cup black eyed peas roasted and ground in blender (you can use chickpeas too)
1/2 organic gluten free oats, ground into a fine powder
1/2 cup organic apricot, ground in blender
1/2 cup organic dates, ground in blender
1/4 cup maple syrup
1: Mix all ingredients except maple syrup, into a bowl.
2: Mix well with a spoon or your hands. Add maple syrup and mix well and form a ball of dough. Keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
3: Lay a large piece of parchment paper onto a cutting board or flat surface, put the ball of dough onto the parchment paper and flatten slightly with your hands. Lay a second piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Roll the dough ball flat with a rolling pin until it is 1/2 inch thick.
4: Cut into pieces that are 1 inch wide and 3 or 4 inches long.
