Kale, Cardamom, & Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (serving size: 1 large glass)

1  handful of kale, chopped

1/2 cup cold water 

1/2  ripe mango, cut in small pieces.

1 tablespoon roasted pumpkin seed

4 dates

2 cardamom

5 pieces saffron


  1. Add kale and water to a blender and puree for 2 minutes.  Add pumpkin seeds and dates and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add cardamom, saffron, and mango to mixture and blend until all ingredients are smooth.
