1 Fresh Carrot (Wash and Cut approx 1.5 inch stick)
1/2 Cup Peas (Washed and Blend)
1/2 Cup Baby Spinach (Wash and Chopped)
1/4 Cup Capsicum / Green Peppers (Wash and Chopped)
2 Green Chillies
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jira)
1/2 Cup Soy Paneer
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Chickpea Flour
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Clove of Garlic (Optional)
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry
Boil your potatoes (you can add a little bit of salt).
Let it cool and then peel off the skin.
Mash the potatoes to a smooth paste and then mix all your ingredients.
Add Salt and mix well.
Then Make all Round Balls and Press a little bit to get this shape.
Then Add your Carrot Sticks on Them
Put Oil in the Frying Pan with Medium Low Heat.
Fry the Kababs till it becomes Golden Brown.
Serve Hot with Sweet or Hot Chutney.
