INGREDIENTS FOR RICE
1 cup basmati rice, wash the rice a few times, and soak them in enough water for an hour or half-hour
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 bay leave
1 one inch cinnamon stick
1/2 cup coriander/or cilantro lives, wash and finely chopped
salt to taste
METHOD FOR RICE
1: Put rice in sterner let all water drain, then rinse with clean water. Take the pot, add 2 cups of water in and put on the stove high heat, add cumin seed, cardamom, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and salt to tast and mix all well. Let water boil, then add rice in and mix all good, lower heat on miduam and cover pot and let cook for 15 minute, check one time in between to make sure water is enogh to cook, (don’t keep and opening lid only one time) when it done it will look nice and soft and long, just press with finger and they are soft, then they are done.
2: Open lid add coriander leaves, mix nicely and slowly so grean don’t break, take out in bowel, bay leaves and cardamom on to garnish, and some pomegranate seed, and serve hot.
Here we go look the picture, our rice is ready to serve.
Note: This is vegan, allergy-friendly, gluten-free, nut-free.
Note:This are very easy to make,delicious to it and ready in half-hour.
