1 medium-sized cucumber
2 tablespoons of blueberries
8 cheery tomatoes ( or how many you need )
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon coriander/ or cilantro leaves wash and chopped finely
if you like you can add few mint leaves, just wash and chopped finely ( that is optional)
salt to taste
1: Wash cucumber and peel skin off, then make slices a long way. Then wash avocado, cut and take out the seed, and scope out with a spoon and put in a bowl. Add chili flakes, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Mix all well and keep side.
2: Wash tomato and cut it into half, now take a dish and arrange all your cucumber slices, then add avocado mixture on top, add one pice tomato and one blueberry. ready to serve.
