STIR-FRY MASALA CAULIFLOWER WITH DELICIOUS MASALA TOFU ✅

INGREDIENTS

1  head of medium-size cauliflower, wash and cut into a big pieces

1/2 block of soft tofu, wash and cut into one-inch pieces

5 of sweet mini color pepper, wash and cut into a big pieces

2 tablespoons oil, corn, canola /or your choice

1 red dry pepper ( optional)

1 teaspoon fresh shredded ginger ( optional)

1/4 cup coriander /cilantro leaves, wash and finely chopped

2 medium tomatoes, wash and finely chopped

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1/2 teaspoon muster seed

1/4 teaspoon ajwain seed

10 pieces of fenugreek seed

10 pieces of curry leaves wash them

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon red Kashmir chili powder, just for color

Salt to  taste

For merriment to tofu, you need lemon juice, red chili flax, and salt to taste

METHODS

Take bowel and add tofu in and merriment tofu with red chili flax, and lemon juice and salt to taste, keep aside

1: Put the pan on the stove, on medium-low heat, add oil in and let get hot then add fenugreek seed, muster seed, cumin seed, red dry pepper, and curry leaves, and let them fry few minutes. Then add turmeric powder and red Kashmir chili powder mix all well and add tomatoes add a little salt and mix all well, cover the pan,  and let cook for five minutes on low heat or until all tomatoes get very soft and mushy like gravy

2: Now tomato is cooked ( has to be very mussy like gravy ) then add cauliflower mix all well, add two tablespoons water and let cook on medium-low heat for 3 minutes, then add tofu and sweet mini pepper, some coriander leaves and salt to taste,( remember we add salt in tofu and little in the tomatoes ) mix all well slowly so tofu and cauliflower don’t get crumbled stay nice pieces. Then let cook for 5 minutes, then check with your fingers to press it a little soft then it is done, turn the stove off garnish with coriander, and serve with rice or fill out gluten-free pita bread and make a pita bread pocket, they are delicious to eat and something different,

Here our veggies are ready.
