1 cup fresh ripe papaya pieces

1/2 cup  sweet potatoes 🍠 pieces

2 tablespoon soy milk powder

2 tablespoon maple syrup / or your taste

1 teaspoon cardamom powder ( optional )

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds ( optional ) just for garnish)


1: Add 4 tablespoon water to milk powder and mix well.  Add ingredients  ,papaya ,sweet potatoes,  mixed milk powder  and maple syrup into a blender.

2: Blend on medium speed for 15 minutes ,then add cardamom powder in and blend 2 or 3  more minutes.

3: Pours into popsicle mold and  and garnish with pumpkin seeds,  Keep in freezer for at least 6 hours or over night .

Here we go  – our pops are ready to share .

Note: This is very easy to make with a  unique and delicious taste !

These are vegan ,allergy friendly, gluten free, dairy free  and nut free.
