This is deferent kind of soup, it is delicious,and you can use any kind veggies you want


1 cup split  pigeons peas lentils, wash and soak them for 2 hours

2 medium-size tomatoes, wash and cut into pieces

1 hand full of wash and cut (big) cauliflower pieces

1 small sweet potato wash and cut into big pieces ( maybe 2 inches)

1 medium-size zucchini wash and cut into big pieces (maybe 2 inches) I use bottle ground

1 1/2 tablespoon oil corn or canola/or your choice

1 dry red chili

1/4 teaspoon cumin seed

1 medium onion wash and chopped finely

1-inch fresh ginger wash and shredded

1/4 cup coriander leaves wash and chopped finely

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon red Kashmiri chili powder (just for color)

salt to taste


1: Take a pressure cooker, put on stove low heat, add oil let get hot, add red dry chili pepper, cumin seed, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, onion, a little salt, mix all well let cook until onion gets soft, then add ginger tomatoes let cook until it all get mussy.

2: Then wash soak lentils with clean water and add lentil to the pressure cooker, add cauliflower,  sweet potato, zucchini, and 3 cups water, salt to taste, mix all well and close the cooker lid, put whilst on and keep the stove on high, let go whilst 4 times. Then turn the stove off let get cool,  and let pressure relish itself, it will take about ten minutes.

3: Now this kind of soup you can do two way, you can bland in blander whole thing and make like pure,or you can keep chunkey,( this is deferent so let keep chunkey it will taste batter)take hand whisker and whisk whole thing, it will bland and same time it stays chunky, if you need little more water, then you can add to your consistency, add some coriander leaves, tast for salt ( if you want to add lemon juice that your choice)let boil just for five minutes, and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

here we go our soup is ready to eat.

Note: This is different  and delicious plant based soup full of protein and veggie, you can just drink soup,or eat with gluten free naan, or bread,or rice.
