LASAGNA ROLL WITH VEGETABLE

INGREDIENTS

6 pieces of gluten-free lasagna ( I use brown rice )

3/4 cup of tofu, wash  and shred

1/2  cup of zucchini, wash  and shred

1 cup of baby spinach wash and finely chopped

( or you can use corn, cabbage, shredded broccoli, or  any of your choice just keep the amount same.

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon/ or lime juice

1/2 teaspoon chili flax ( or your taste)

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon cumin seed

2 tablespoons oil, corn, canola,  or olive

Gluten-free pasta sauce of your choice

Dairy-free Cheese of your choice

 

Salt to taste

Notes: dairy-free  cheese is not so tasty for some people,  so I create some mixture to make taste batter, so let make some  mixture so that Cheese tastes better

INGREDIENTS FOR MIXTURE

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon basil

1/2 teaspoon  fresh crushed black pepper

METHOD

Take bowel and mix olive oil, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Mix all together and keep aside, our mixture is ready.

METHOD

1:Cook lasagna, instruction of package, when you cook just add one tablespoon lemon juice and one tablespoon of oil and salt to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 f

2: Put the pan on the stove medium-low heat. Add one tablespoon oil in, let get hot then add tofu, all veggies, lemon juice, oregano, basil, chili flax, and salt to taste, mix all well and let cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until all get a little soft.

3: Take a cooked lasagna and lay it on a big cutting board or counter one by one. Make backing tray ready with parchment, then spread your veggies mixture on cooked lasagna, add sauce on top, then add cheese on top, add a little mixture we made with oil and allspice, then roll it up and put in ready baking pan.

4: Then add some sauce and cheese on top, then put in preheated oven and bake 35 to 40 minutes/ or until  cheese melts. Serve hot .

Look above picture our lasagna is ready to eat, it’s very healthy and children favor .

Note: This is allergy friendly,vegan, gluten free, dairy free,nut fre.

Not: if don’t want make roll than you can do just in pan and lay all veggies, sauce and cheese and back same temperature and same time.
