GLUTEN FREE MILLET FLOUR CRUMBLES DESSRT

INGREDIENTS

2 gluten-free millet flour roti/or Bajra  roti         (for roti recipe go to veganrasoi.com,  for millet flour  pita chips )

3/4 cup of jaggery ( cut in very fine just like  all most powder )

1 tablespoon non-dairy butter

1 tablespoon golden raisins/ or any kind of is ok

1 tablespoon pumpkin seed

1/2 tablespoon cranberry

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

METHOD

1: When you make roti then let them a little cool (not cold) you can hold in your hand, then take two roti and crumble with your hand, it’s going to be one full cup of crumble.

2: Then melt butter, and in bowl add crumble, jaggery, butter, pumpkin seed, raisins, cranberry, and cardamom powder. Mix all well with your hand serve to room temperature.

Note: If you like some dry fruits, then you can add that too. ( chopped them very fine) like mango, fig, apricot thing like that.This is easy to make and healthy

This is vegan, allergy-friendly, gluten-free,dairy free, nut-free.
