GLUTEN-FREE BANANA BREAD WITH BLUEBERRY

INGREDIENTS

3  very ripe bananas

3/4 cup organic blueberry ( or any )

1/2 cup red mill gluten-free  baking all purpose flour

1/2 cup mooth lentil flour

2 tablespoons flaxseed mill

1/2 cup non-dairy milk

1 cup agave or any of your choice sweetener

1/2 cup any non-dairy butter or organic shortening ( you can use oil if you like it )

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2  tablespoons cinnamon powder ( optional)

Pinch of salt

METHOD

1:Preheat oven to 350 f.

2: mash banana with a potato masher in a bowl, soak flaxseed in warm milk and live side for 10 minutes, then mix banana, agave, butter, and flaxseed mixture in the bowl and whisk all together.

3: Take another bowl and sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Then mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with all wet ingredients, and mix all together nicely.

4:Take 6 by 10 pan put parchment paper in and pour the mix in the pan, put the pan in the preheated oven, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Then after 5 to 7 minutes take out from the pan and let cool on a cooling rack for about 20 minutes.

Here we go our bread is ready to eat.

This is gluten-free so you have to be very careful, let get all cold about 15 to 20 minutes before you cut it. you can use any other fruits of your choice.
